High Park–Swansea

To think of Swansea is to think of High Park—400 beautiful acres of urban green space, bringing recreational, cultural and educational programs, as well as gardens, playgrounds and even a zoo. Taking this as inspiration, Swansea has the undulating terrain and old trees featuring proudly in its mix of residential offerings: semi-detached houses and bungalows in the neighbourhood’s centre; higher-end homes on the peripheries, overlooking the park’s spring-fed Grenadier Pond; and the Humber River. The shops and cafés of Bloor and The Queensway bring sophisticated distraction to all, while the Swansea Town Hall Community Centre boasts amenities such as a gym and a library. Clearly, residents have all they need to lead the good life.
